Feb 27, 2025In this module, participants will gain practical knowledge on how to navigate the PRODA system and the two portals used for managing restricted practices within the NDIS framework. They will learn the procedures for uploading relevant documentation, such as Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and reports on the use of restricted practices, ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements. The module will also cover the process of attending a restricted practice panel, where practitioners present cases involving restrictive practices to a review team for approval. Participants will understand the panel’s role in ensuring that all practices are justified, documented appropriately, and used in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
